This symbol indicates that the company has been delinquent in their filing with the security and exchange commission. This is certainly not a good sign. There is a lot that goes into understanding a real time stock ticker. It can seem a bit confusing, but it is fairly easy to pick up. Learning what the various symbols mean will allow you to track your stocks in “real-time” and identify exactly where you stand, enabling you to make better trading decisions.
